Our attorneys are members and leaders in the most recognized bankruptcy and commercial organizations, including, the American Bankruptcy Institute, The Commercial Law League of America, The National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, the Indiana Bar Association, Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights Section, and the Indianapolis Bar Association, Commercial and Bankruptcy Section.

Our excellence
Our attorneys maintain a high level of continuing legal education to stay up to date on the very latest issues in the bankruptcy related fields. They attend seminars throughout the country. They also teach attorneys at numerous local seminars. For the number of attorneys in our boutique law firm, Tucker | Hester, LLC has an outsized representation in teaching at such seminars. Jeff is one of only a few bankruptcy attorneys in Indiana certified in business bankruptcy law by the the American Board of Certification.

Generational Matters
Just like America at large, our firm can be split into two distinct generations, the baby boomers and the members of generation x. Steve and Bill are baby boomers, Lara, Nikki and Jeff are part of generation x. We find the generational similarities and differences fascinating and informative on our approach to the practice of law. Baby boomer clients clearly appreciate that Bill and Steve deeply understand the very real effects a bankruptcy will have on retirement and generation x clients similarly appreciate that Lara, Nikki and Jeff listen to concerns of the next generation of entrepreneurs trying to make it in a tougher economy than than their predecessors may have faced.
