Kathy Shamblin
Kathy is a legal assistant and the firm administrator at Tucker | Hester, LLC. Kathy has been an assistant to Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee, William Tucker, since 1985. She started her legal career in 1985 working for William J. Tucker in a temporary capacity. She quickly evolved to become a permanent part of the day-to-day operations of the firm. Kathy is on the Board of Directors for the New Palestine Bands and volunteers her time and effort to benefit the numerous facets of the band department, musical groups, students, and activities through the entire year. She attended paralegal certification classes at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Prior to her employment at Tucker | Hester, LLC she was the office manager for a liquidation company for 5 years. She enjoys spending time with family, bike riding, reading, live music, hiking and any place with sunshine, sand and palm trees.

Beth Adams
Beth is a legal assistant at Tucker | Hester, LLC. Beth started her legal career in 1995 working for Bose, McKinney & Evans, and later Kunz & Opperman, P.C. She has been with Tucker | Hester, LLC since 2002. Beth graduated from Thomas Carr Howe High School in 1995 and is married with a 5 year old son. She enjoys traveling with her husband’s rock-n-roll band, riding her four-wheeler on the weekends, fishing and hanging out with her family.

Tracy Wilkerson
Tracy is a legal assistant at Tucker | Hester, LLC. She has over 15 years of legal experience working in several areas of law. She attended Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. Prior to her employment at Tucker | Hester, LLC, she was the office manager and paralegal at a northern Indianapolis law firm. Tracy enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. She currently teaches Sunday School at her family’s church. She also enjoys reading, traveling, sports, and hiking.

Tammy Huddelson

Tammy is the receptionist at Tucker | Hester, LLC. She graduated from Taylor High School in Kokomo, In. in 1987. She served active duty in the Army in 1988-89. Before employment at Tucker | Hester, LLC she worked as the Office Manager at Sincere Auto Care, Inc. for 7 years. Tammy is very happily married and has 5 children. She enjoys volunteering in the Nursery of her church of 12 years, Calvary Temple. Some of her hobbies are woodworking, landscape painting and taking her two buddies, Gavin and Sammy, on outings. Gavin is a German Shepherd/Golden Retriever mix and Sammy is a yellow lab. Her favorite time of day is the time spent with her husband, Ron…He is her best friend!
